Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple, really - 

We want nothing less than a revolution for gluten free foods. 

For too long, gluten free and allergen conscious foods have suffered a (deservedly) bad reputation. We are determined to change this. 

We are dedicated to crafting delicious bakery items, that just happen to be gluten and dairy free. 

Our products celebrate beautiful ingredients, direct from farmers and producers. Organic flour, seeds and dried fruit, whole grains, truly free range eggs and the best honey in the world (Malfroy's Gold, we aren't biased...). We also avoid refined sugar where possible and do not use any gums or preservatives.

We treat our ingredients with care and consideration, using skills we have developed over years of baking. Everything is hand-made, artisinal and small batch. We feel blessed to have been embraced by top restaurants and devoted, loyal customers who recognise our commitment to challenge perceptions of what gluten free food can be.
