 Is your bread safe for Coeliac's?

Yes. All of our products are certified by Coeliac Australia

Why is your bread frozen?

All our breads are frozen immediately after baking to prevent degradation of the gluten free flours, as we do not use preservatives or gums. This keeps our loaves at their absolute best and is one of the things that sets our bread apart.

How do I prepare the bread?

1. PREPARE 2. TOAST 3. STORE
Separate the slices using a bread knife and a firm sawing motion.
Lightly toast the bread in a toaster or sandwich press and enjoy with your favourite toppings.

 Please store this loaf in the freezer.

 

So what should I try first?

If you haven't tried any of our breads before, we recommend you start with our Seedy Brown Bread. It's our signature loaf and works well served savoury or sweet. 

Are any of your products vegan?

The following products are totally vegan. Everything else is vegetarian!
