In our mind, focaccia should never have gone out of fashion, so we're bringing it back! As usual, we do not use any gums or preservatives. Our focaccia is made with our special blend of gluten free flours, mixed with Aussie almond meal, pasture-raised eggs and finished with flaky salt. We ferment the dough over 18 hours, developing an aerated, springy bread with a salty, moreish taste.

    Eat fresh on the day or if keeping it for longer, cut in half horizontally and freeze for up to 3 months. Store at -18 °C.

    Frozen cut Focaccia can be toasted in the toaster or under the grill.
