In our mind, focaccia should never have gone out of fashion, so we're bringing it back! As usual, we do not use any gums or preservatives. Our focaccia is made with our special blend of gluten free flours, mixed with Aussie almond meal, pasture-raised eggs and finished with flaky salt. We ferment the dough over 18 hours, developing an aerated, springy bread with a salty, moreish taste.

  • To Serve

    Partially defrost until soft enough to cut using a bread knife. Cut to desired size and toast from frozen.

    Bread is sliced and frozen on the day it is made to maintain the product at its peak.
