Our Paleo bread is a Pumpernickel-style bread. Rather than being made from a dough, it comprises of 100% seeds, including sunflower, linseed and quinoa. It is a dense loaf, packed with nutrition and still light to eat.

    Our favourite way to serve the paleo is toasted with avocado, some smoked fish and salad. This bread can be served savoury or sweet.

    1. PREPARE 2. TOAST 3. STORE
    Separate the slices using a bread knife and a firm sawing motion.
    Lightly toast the bread in a toaster or sandwich press and enjoy with your favourite toppings.
